Allright, MAP Tank Mod fans, no need to mod your cartomizers with tanks or purchase MAP Tank mods to get what I consider the best juice delivery system. For fellow vapors that haven’t tried this tank e-juice delivery, it’s a must try. There was a period of one month where I gave up vaping because I got tired of using atomizer and cartomizers. Sometimes the smoker mentality kicks in and I ask myself, why vaping can’t be as easy as lighting a cigarette? Then of course I remember has nasty cigarettes really are.

Even with the improvements made to atomizers and cartomizers over time they each have some major annoyances that I think the 510 DCT 3.5ml Tank with 1.5ohm Dual Coil Cartomizer addresses. Even-though this Tank system has a cartomizer working at its core, there is a major improvement.

I’ve given up using cartridges a long time ago and if you’re new, you will too so I’ll focus on just using atomizers. Some of the draw backs with using a low resistance atomizer is that it runs very hot, so there needs to be juice in it at all times. If you vape like me, you’re constantly dripping. When you drip, you can get juice all over. If you don’t drip enough, yuck, you get that hot burning nasty vapor.

Then a little later comes along the new promising cartomizers. We’re not going to discuss them not being low resistance at first because they were difficult to get enough vapor. In this article I’m making the assumption you are using a standard 3.7 volt device. Even with cartomizers, you have to make sure the filler used in them is nice and juicy therefore you’re not getting dry hits. Using these standalone cartomizers you are sacrificing flavor for convenience of not having to drip AS often.

Manufacturers have tried a decent deal to make filler-less cartomizers but they haven’t been able to get the quality of the make down just right. It was either the atomizer/heating element wasn’t made well so they would get hot an after using a little bit, some of them would crack at the bottom and cause a leak, so there went your $8-$10 filler-less cartomizer. You get the picture that the whole deal needed to be swapped out for a new one.

Meanwhile some creative folks where modifying cartomizers, by putting wholes them, then placing them in tanks and by filling the tanks with e-juice, their cartomizers remained juiced and ready to go for vaping. Some of the draw backs of moding was that it had flaws and it would leak while their cost being high. In fact twice as much as the new DCT tanks we’re introducing you in this post.

I’ve had my eye on these MAP Tank Mods for quite some time but I had been reluctant to spend that much on a faulty system.  SMOKtech has creating the same thing with lower manufacturing costs and improvements to these tanks and are being sold on the market as DCT Tanks with their well known 1.5 ohm dual coil cartomizers at its core. I’ve been using mine for a week and I’m extremely happy with its build. The vapors production is so amazing and clean. I can really taste my yummy 80/20 blend juice with no sacrifices on flavor or vapor production. It’s been built so nice that there is no leaks what so ever.

The juice in the tank as you see in the picture keeps the cartomizers constantly wet, so after filling up to the center cartomizers, there is no need to wet it again. It’s recommended to change the cartomizers once a week or so for maximum performance. It’s a good idea to follow their suggestion so you get a nice clean vape. We deserve it. It also comes with a nice drip tip. I forgot the mention that the tanks are 510 threaded and fits nicely on my Silver Bullet. Vape on! The one I have is a 1.5 mil so it holds 1.5 milliliters of juice. If you need a bigger tank that holds up to 6 mil juice, then you should check out the DCT 6 ML Dual Coil Tank AKA Big Tank. If you were a fan of the G4 cartomizer then the product we’re going to introduce will be of your interest. As initial product types are released, a lot of room for improvement is left. First I think manufacturers of electronic cigarettes and parts want to test the market for a concept and also need to get their design and product out to production.

When and if they discover their product was a hit they develop new and improved versions of it. Same goes with any other industry. The CE3 CE3 Smokymisers 2.8 Ohm 1.2 ML is the new and improved version of the ever popular G4 cartomizer.

This G4 style clear cartomizers also known as clearomizer is made by MicroEcig. They have made this clearoizer with a bottom coil design and a clear tank. Unlike its predecessor, the design of this clearomizer is crack free thus being leak free!

The vapor product of the CE3 Smokymisers 2.8 Ohm 1.2 ML is outstanding as it produces vapor that tastes good in impressive amounts. I got a chance to try the CE3 for the first time in VapeFest Las Vegas. What’s great about this cartomizers is that it performs very nice unlike other clear cartomizers with your variable voltage device at 4.0, 4.1 volts. Mmm…nice warm tasty vapor.

What I did find out using a pass-through it because of the nature of its build an constant charging, the voltage tapers off also, if I ran out of juice completely because I decided to take it on the road, I’d have to let it charge to get at least half charged before I could use it again. I found myself owning two pass-throughs for these very reasons.

Recently there is a starter kit that comes with two pass-through’s called the uGo Passthrough Starter Kit which is a real 510 eGO threaded device. When I say a true 510 threaded device, I mean all of its parts are thread so it’s compatible with other 510 devices unlike some other off brand so called eGO devices.

The uGo starter kit is first of its kind as it comes with two 650 mah usb pass-through batteries that come with a 4 pinhole LED lights that serve the function of a battery level meter. Not only is this functional and helpful to determine your battery levels, it just looks cool! It takes the guess work out of figuring out when to charge your batteries via the pass-through.

It’s interesting that the uGO kit comes with two uGO 2.3 ohm mega style atomizers that hit hard. The uGo starter kit was tested with a LR atomizer at 1.5 ohm and it works like a charm. I would defiantly recommend this start kits for those who are looking for a start kit or a pass-through. This starter kits currently comes with black and I wouldn’t be surprised if new colors will follow this amazing looking 510 eGO style start kit.
